Based on his conviction that cognitive technologies redefine the relationship between humans and machines and open incredible opportunities for business transformation, for past 7 years Jean-Philippe has invested in building IBM Watson Group practices. After respectively having lead Cognitive business in Singapore for all Southeast ASIA, the Banking Industry at worldwide level at IBM’s New York headquarters, today Jean-Philippe leads the Cognitive Transformation team in France for all industries. His core strengths lie in sales management, consulting & delivery management in key areas such as client experience, front office transformation and digital banking initiatives, with a specific focus on wealth management. Throughout his career, Jean-Philippe has worked closely with clients to redefine the customer journey by transforming operational models and proposing fully digital, disruptive go-to-market strategies. Passionate about working in multicultural environments, Jean-Philippe has developed new business units and has established and reinforced critical business relationships with C-level executives in European, ASIA and US services markets. He is the author of many articles and is a regular speaker at International conferences and business TV debates on AI, transformation, ethics & technology.  He is also a regular contributor on specific Executive MBA educations sessions on these topics.
